There were two gentleman that really made my son's experience amazing and unfortunately I wasn't able to catch their names. One gentleman was probably in his 20s, African American, standing near a check out I believe doing a toy demonstration of a boomerang, he let me son try it out and wished him a happy birthday as well as was so sweet to my daughter. Such a great worker with amazing customer service. The next gentleman I actually have a photo of because he was so kind enough to take a photo with my son, as well as also wish him a happy birthday and even help us out with some directions! Another fantastic employee with amazing customer service! These guys definitely deserve some props!

Our 3 year old was just overcome. She picked up a toy upstairs and a worker approached us...we were all set to hear that she needed to leave the toy there...but no! She said don't worry, let her carry it around, and maybe she gets it or maybe chooses something else, no worries. How amazing! Thank you for your graciousness, the tattoo the painted on her hand, the run on the "Tom Hanks" piano, and an overall uplifting experience.

Actors from Broadway Theatres are hired here to be Toy Soldiers in uniform at the front door! And the store is right by the Rockefeller Center's own ice skating rink with music. Salvation Army singers are there for the holidays. Inside, there is a Madame Alexander baby adoption center with dollbabies for every choice imaginable. Not from plastic, either, but from old school sawdust composite that feels smooth to the touch. Oreo cookie tins! Just go there and be happy.

This place is magical. Expect to spend at least $100 because their live demos will have you convinced that magic exists. As an adult I felt like a kid again. Absolutely perfect and a great experience.

Amazing place for kids. Very good hard sell by the staff. Makes me wish, that it was constructed when I was a kid. I have seen the gleam in people's eyes..while shopping. It brings out the child in you. They have standard offers, buy one 25$ and 2for 40$.
