Very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Ample seating. Self checkout. Good online resources for virtual magazines and books.

Not sure how one of help desk assigned person, new one, got a job as IT specialist 1 in library but for sure he needs more training especially with the equipment, printer and how to release jammed pages. No clue how he got that job, apparently like entire others within City of Schenectady..Have a great the rest of your weekend, everyone.😍😍😍

I usually go to the library just to use their computers. (My LG tablet won't let me read my older e-mails.)It's been quite a while since I have taken out a book...(Sorry book lovers!!!) Anyway, the only "issue" that I have is that you have to sign in at the entrance...with your name, phone number and e-mail. (I guess for contact tracing???) I don't mind that too much, but I'm kinda leery about it being out in the open for just anyone to read. I just hope that some library person is watching the people that sign in. Other than that" it's a very good local library.
