Billy Beez, Destiny USA

My kids love billy beez & they do a good job keeping it clean. Their prices aren't terribly high either. Your knees will hurt bad for a couple days lol other than that, we've only had good experiences here!

Syracuse location is the worst. At no point did they tell us or was there a sign stating that an adult had to accompany a child or that there are special socks needed to play not included in the price. So after we pay for a child and adult and socks, the manager has a worker inform us that if we wanted to sit in the establishment we would have to pay for it. Now there are six of us total. Mind you there was one other family (A dad and toddler)in the entire place besides us. The entire place was empty. Worst experience and customer service. Don’t recommend.

Pretty cool place to visit. My kids enjoyed it. It's nice to have normalcy and a place to visit for children to have fun and interact with other children. There are slides, trampoline, little half court basketball, and stuff. Video arcades, a little food court, and a digital locker good for rent. It gets a little crowded and not enough tables and chairs for adults to seat on.

We had a terrific time. We had a birthday party and it went great. The management logistics were a wee bit lagging with billing but the day itself was great. The staff was fabulous. Very attentive. Derek and Naomi hustled all day long. They worked in several capacities and were always polite and helped us at every turn. Great way for kids to just be kids. Thank you BB for a fabulous time.

My almost 3 and 1 year old boys LOVED it. I had an amazing time as well. They were VERY short staffed with only two people working. Robert is the main reason i will keep coming back. He is a truly amazing person who deserves recognition - And a raise for doing 4 peoples jobs. Not only did he clean and cook, but he checked people in and made sure guests were having an enjoyable time. He literally was running around to get everything done. Danielle was the second employee working and did a good job as well. I will never forget Roberts customer service and love for children. I wish everyone was as great and understanding! Thanks again for an amazing, clean, fun time and im hoping to have my sons 3rd birthday here after talking to Robert about! :)
