Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

Took my grandchildren to the Asian Lantern Festival and they loved it! The photos are just a small fraction of the attractions and exhibits that they displayed! It was so much to see and really beautiful, but be prepared to put on your comfortable walking shoes! You can either walk through or drive-through...$66 for 4 pack tickets, is not bad. $22 if purchased separately! Really a unique experience!

Amazing zoo! Very well-kept. Saw so many animals up close and many unique animals we had never seen at other zoos. We were here during the lantern festival during the daytime and even though the lanterns weren't lit up they were beautiful and added so much to the experience. Lots of great food options too. We were visiting from out of state and were very impressed with this zoo.

This is a nice enough zoo. The landscaping is quite nice. The current resident artist has gorgeous sculpture installations. The animals we did see were very nice and well taken care of. Things that bumped the rating down for me: the map is terrible, like literally almost impossible to make actual sense of. You're better off wandering around hoping you come across what you're looking for. There's a lot of dead space. Again, the landscaping is very well done, but you're walking trough significant portions of the zoo with not much to look at or interact with. Being close to Columbus, it's a super tough comparison because the zoo in Columbus is absolutely amazing. It was worth going, but not my favorite zoo.

Beautiful zoo. To see some of the fish and monkeys you either have to walk up a huge hill or wait for a tram to take you up. The tiger exhibit is spectacular. Lots of places for kids to play, plentiful seating option throughout if a little rest break is needed. Most options for food are open now.

I went to the zoo during the lantern festival and it was such a great experience! My kids loved the lights and it only gets better during the night time. The lanterns truly show their beauty when the sun has come down and it's completely worth the cost just to see how much my kiddos enjoyed themselves.
