Nice venue but the volume level was much too loud. There was even some distortion at times. Parking is limited in front of the venue, and the bulk of the parking is up a hill behind the hall and the parking rows are narrow. Not the easiest place to park.
Saw 'Croce does Croce'. While AJ Croce is a talented musician it was clear that the attendees were there to see him perform mostly his father's music, not his own. It was an enjoyable concert but clearly AJ's musical influences were people other than his father Jim. He has a bluesy, jazz, boogie-woogie style. He plays both the guitar and the piano, but clearly shines on the piano. He announced a 50th anniversary tour (which we all thought this concert was going to be). As I said, enjoyable concert but not what I was expecting so a bit disappointing. He did do a few of his Dad's songs, but very few.
