We have not been since the renaming. Previously named the times union center and then before that the Pepsi arena. Great venue with a civic center vibe. Seats and concessions were reasonably priced with good sound system and flash pots for added entertainment. We previously attended Jesus culture with Kim Walker and Paul McCartney. The entrance to the arena was no nonsense with nice staff They continue to attract big names as well as all age entertainment. I would recommend this venue.

Had an amazing experience at MVP arena for the “Exercise Patience!” convention of Jehovah Witnesses. The staff were friendly. The facility was easy to navigate and accommodated all those attendance. The seats were comfortable which made it easy to pay attention to the program. The environment promoted peace and unity for all those taking the lead and in attendance. I’m excited for next year’s convention! Thank you 🙏🏾

Beautiful and comfortable arena, and easy to get into. We are having our 2023 Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses there with the theme "Exercise Patience" . The staff there is all really nice and this place really meets our needs. It's right off 787, so parking, getting there, and getting back out is super easy. Lots of places to eat around there afterwards as well.

Great acoustics. Excellent parking garage. Does not feel like it has been modernized since built in the 1990s. Seats are not comfortable. Could use cup holders. Bathrooms should be on all levels, not below ground floor. Zach Bryan concert was incredible!

Came here to see For Kings & Country Concert. Arena was quick to get into, staff was friendly. Concession stands were all open, serving Beer, Food, popcorn, pretzels, etc. Seats were great for the concert. Lighting was great. Bathrooms were big & clean. Would definitely come here again.
