This was a great stop. My son and I got a bag for little league. A wooden one you can use in a game was $50 which included engraving. A little bit more than what a bat costs at Dick's but the memories are priceless. They had at least three kids different colored bats for competition and a ton for adolescents. The staff was helpful and friendly. Stop by and check them out!

My family and I just returned from a bucket list trip to Cooperstown we were extremely pleased with not only the company shop customer service but also the factory just outside of town. Super friendly staff that showed us how the bats were made from start to finish. What an experience! Love our personalized bats and gear we purchased - best deal in town! Thank you again Cooperstown Bat Company!!

Fantastic customer service. We (the customer) made a design mistake for this "deal toy" and Cooperstown Bat went above and beyond to produce and ship a replacement in time for a closing!
