Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

After a year of visiting decided to make my daughter an endless play member- mainly because the price was perfect for the activities- unlike their competitors (⛅️zone) who Over price and don’t provide as much experience for kids. In addition the staff always deliver a heightened level of courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect. So far no other company has been able to compete with Urban Air, at least not at this location.

It was my second time there this year with my 15 yrs old son. He had a lot of fun and enjoyed himself so much. It's approximately 20 minutes from where I live m, which is great. And very close to the Smith Haven Mall down the road . We will be back there again soon 😊❤️.

Lots more to do than the fox hills location! Can do more cleaning in the bathrooms .. floor was always wet. Overall great place!

My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday at the Lake Grove, NY, location this past weekend. Right from the beginning, the team was super attentive and helped set up the room with our decorations. Our personal party host, Ashley, was amazing. She was so friendly and patient with the kids. Throughout the party, she checked in to make sure my daughter had everything she needed for her celebration. As a Mom, I appreciated how stress free this party was and would absolutely recommend this location and party host, Ashley!

This was our first time at Urban Air Lake Grove. We were very pleased with the place. When we walked in Gianna was knowledgeable and professional at the front desk. The place was clean and every staff member from Nico at the zip line station to the food concession station were friendly, professional and attentive. I know we will be going back and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you my son and his friend had a blast.
